Where diets miss

Reaching for food when you're not hungry is a subconscious pattern, fast, automatic, older than any plan you make on Monday. You can't think your way out of it, which is why “just have more willpower” feels so hopeless. I work where the pattern actually lives.

What I do instead

I start by understanding your specific relationship with food, the moments, the triggers, the stories. Then I reshape the automatic responses so that the foods and amounts that serve you start to feel natural, not forced. No deprivation, no rules to white-knuckle. You keep an audio to reinforce it. The aim is a quieter, easier relationship with food that holds without you having to police it.
